Company description and purpose of company Elektro Schönenberger AG

On June 1, 1949, Albert and Rösli Kuster founded the electrical company on Toggenburgerstrasse in Wil. Even then, the business was divided into an electrical shop and an installation department. In the early 1950s, the company moved to Obere Bahnhofstrasse 11. After the company's founder died in 1974, his son Albert Kuster took over the management of the company as a qualified electrician. From the humble beginnings, the company has grown steadily over the years. Today it employs 11 people. The former property at Oberen Bahnhofstrasse 11 was destroyed by flames on January 4, 1997. After a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis, a new building was preferred to renovation. After twelve months of construction, the client was able to move into the new premises at the beginning of December 1998. If the old property consisted of the electrical specialist shop, the installation department and three apartments, today there are five business tenants, the two own shops and an attic apartment. With an ideal mix of offers and services, it was possible to make a significant contribution to increasing the attractiveness of the Obere Bahnhofstrasse. 16 parking spaces are available to customers free of charge next to and behind the property. On June 1, 2019, Kuster Elektro AG celebrates its 70th anniversary. The Kuster team will be there for you for many more years to come.
