Fascinated by photography since I was a child and enthusiastic about the opportunity to capture moments and memories and share them with others. Photography is a passion that I have been pursuing for over 30 years. My first camera was an Edixa reflex camera that my father gave me. At that time, photography was a little more demanding. There was no autofocus and no integrated light meter at the time. With this camera and with the help of my father, I learned the craft of photography from scratch. Later I bought my first own new SLR camera, a Minolta with every imaginable electronic device. When the digital photo age began, I bought a Canon 350D in 2005. Why Canon and not Nikon? - I don't know, the Canon was probably better presented on the shelf. From now on the camera was my constant companion again. My hobby from earlier years got a new impetus and I was busy taking photos again. In 2009 something very decisive happened: a colleague asked me to take a picture of her wedding, which I did after thinking about it for a long time (it took me three months to make up my mind). This one wedding turned into four in 2009. Back then, I already had inquiries for 2010, and now (in 2016) I have been involved as a photographer at over 70 weddings all over Switzerland. There have also been countless order shootings in recent years, be it for a new website, product photos for an online shop, application photos or portrait shoots in my studio.
