The women's squad was founded in 1950. The club consists of 35 active gymnasts between the ages of 30 and 70 and just as many sponsors. Every Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. around 15 to 20 women meet in the gym to do some sport. Our team has four trained leaders (basic course 1 women / men of the STV). The gymnastics lessons are therefore very varied. Lessons tailored to their needs and preferences are offered to each female gymnast. In addition to conditioning and fitness lessons, our program also includes play lessons. In this way the fighting spirit can also be lived out. Our motto includes three major LLLs.
