The revenues of public theater performances on payment will be used entirely to finance the activity and purpose of the Foundation. Furthermore, in order to support the artistic growth of Ticinese and Swiss theatrical productions, outside the periods occupied by the residences of the winning competition companies, the Foundation's production center will be leased on preferential terms and on favorable terms, as a priority semi-professional companies based in the Canton of Ticino, or in other Swiss cantons, without any age limit. The revenues deriving from the rental of the production center, in the case exceeding the coverage of the actual expenses, will be used entirely to finance the activity and the purpose of the Foundation. The Foundation may provide in or near the buildings described above, accommodation, refreshment and recreation facilities available to artists, as well as the exercise of refreshment points (bars and restaurants) open to the public whose revenues they will be used entirely to finance the activity and purpose of the Foundation. The refreshment points can be managed independently by the Foundation or by third parties. In the case of concession to third parties of the management of the refreshment points, precedence will be given to foundations that deal with the social and professional integration of disabled people, with problems of inclusion in the company or for the benefit or waiting for an invalidity pension. The Foundation can carry out any initiative or activity deemed useful for the pursuit of its purpose.
