The MVHM has been playing in harmony since 1958. The repertoir includes all important areas of brass music and ranges from classical to upscale light music. In addition to the usual obligations for a music association (Ständli, participation in secular and church events, etc.), our musical activity focuses on the two main events that have existed for years: the church concert, on the early evening of the second Sunday in December and, since 2006, on the previous Saturday in Eschlikon. The second event takes place in March in the form of an entertainment evening. With the auditorium in the Oberhofen school area, we have an acoustically excellent rehearsal room at our disposal. We also appreciate the infrastructure specially designed and implemented by the school community for the new building for our association (enough space for notes, uniforms, instruments, archive, etc.).
