The purpose of the foundation is to grant the beneficiaries of the foundation described below contributions in accordance with the following provisions to cover the costs of upbringing and training, as well as support in emergencies. a) Fundamentally, only the male descendants of my sisters Ida Baltisser, Marta Friedrich-Baltisser and my cousin Heinrich Baltisser, including the respective male children-in-law, are entitled to foundation, namely during the period from the completed 15th (fifteenth) to the completed 22nd (twenty-second) Year of age, i.e. for seven years. As a result, the male descendants of the Siegrist family, descendants of Mrs. Ida Baltisser, the descendants of Friedrich and Buri, descendants of Mrs. Marta Friedrich-Baltisser and finally of the Baltisser family, descendants of my cousin Heinrich Baltisser, are currently entitled to the foundation. b) The interest on the foundation capital is initially to be divided into three parts and is then available to the foundation board as described above. These three parts correspond to my heirs Ida Baltisser, Marta Friedrich-Baltisser and Heinrich Baltisser, or their descendants and relatives entitled to a foundation. If there are no beneficiaries in the descendants of one of the three named parties, the corresponding part, i.e. one third of the total interest, is generally added to the capital. Several beneficiaries on one side result in a corresponding division of one third of the total interest. If there are no male beneficiaries in a part, the Board of Trustees can, at its own discretion, consider a single female descendant of particular moral and spiritual qualities for each part in accordance with the foundation's purpose. In this last case, too, only a beneficiary between the ages of 15 and 22 (fifteen to twenty-two) years, who is also unmarried. c) In any case, it should be noted that each of the three parts, i.e. the offspring described above, including the male children-in-law, are treated separately. Unstable or incompetent young people should not be considered. d) The assets to which the persons entitled to the foundation are entitled should not be withdrawn from you by any creditors in the course of debt enforcement or bankruptcy within the meaning of Art. 519 OR (Article five hundred and nineteen of the Swiss Code of Obligations).
