Introduction Aiprun Records would like to offer artists from Switzerland and Germany from every field of music professional support so that they can integrate into the various music branches. Often times, potential musicians fail because they have no opportunities to build relationships, to use the so-called B vitamin. There are countless talents who are not offered a chance to publish their own works, as the production costs usually exceed their own budget. That is why Aiprun Records serves as a springboard for talents who want to achieve something in the music scene. Aiprun Records supports each artist individually and according to their needs free of charge. Each artist decides for himself how long he needs the support of Aiprun Records. No obligations, no costs. Idea There are very many talented and young artists who try everything to get their phonograms released. Unfortunately, it is a very difficult undertaking these days to implement this successfully. That is why we have made it our main task to provide support to these artists. At the end of March 2004, Aiprun Records will release CD albums / compilations, on which up to 20 young artists will be given the chance to market their own sound carriers free of charge. For the time being we are supporting artists in the fields of rock, techno and hip-hop. Additional areas will be covered in the course of this year. Aureo Records offered us full support as a distributor for this project. Thanks to the collaboration with Aureo Records, the CD albums / compilations are offered for sale in City Disc branches throughout Switzerland. So that the desired turnover can be achieved, we launch the necessary promotions individually and project-related. We also advertise our CD's on various Internet portals. Implementation For each CD album / compilation we offer 20 artists the chance to publish their sound carriers through us free of charge. Aiprun Records Switzerland bears all costs in full, and thus covers the following basics: - SUISA / GEMA fees - Production of CD albums / compilations - Design / graphics CD booklet, Elay, etc ... - Professional mastering of the sound carriers - Promotion Approx 300 CD albums / compilations produced. A twelve-page, four-color CD booklet, including an integrated short biography and color photo of each artist, is printed for this purpose. We have entered into an exclusive agreement with our sales department and can therefore offer our compilations for sale throughout Switzerland. CD buyers can vote for each participating artist on our website. The artist who received the most votes at the end of the year wins an attractive prize. Marketing strategy For an effective and efficient marketing of the compilations and the offer of Aiprun Records Switzerland, project-related advertising partners are involved. So that we can offer even more to “our” artists, we organize various events throughout Switzerland throughout the year. At such an event we mainly engage the artists who are represented with one of their songs on one of our three compilations. We offer our partners the opportunity to be present by means of banners and stands. Of course, the participating partners are also represented on all posters and flyers. Our events are announced and reports are carried out in radio stations in Switzerland and in nearby Germany (e.g. Radio7). The event management for Aiprun Records Switzerland, Ernst Margelisch (Erma Consulting AG) takes over. From May 2004 until the end of the year we will plan and hold up to seven events throughout Switzerland. At various occasions, such as the “City Märt” in Schaffhausen or the Albanifest in Winterthur, we will be present with stands and offer and present our offers and ideas. Our partners can use advertising awnings / banners to advertise at these stands. Aiprun Records Switzerland takes care of the construction.
