Company description and purpose of company BelArosa Chalet

The Swiss hotel scene has been enriched by an innovative hotel concept and gem since December 2024: the BelArosa Chalet. Located in the picturesque landscape of Arosa, this exceptional project combines traditional Grisons architecture with state-of-the-art comfort and discreet 5-star luxury.

The idea for the BelArosa Chalet arose when the long-established Hotel Alpina closed its doors. Investor representative Urs Kasper recalls this challenging time: A conventional hotel concept was not an option. Inspired by new ideas and facilities, the concept of building individual chalets in the heart of Arosa was born during a holiday in South Tyrol. Since the plot did not offer enough space for detached units, the experienced planning team around Urs Kasper and Sven Bodenmann developed the concept of ten autonomous units under one roof: The idea of the chalets within a chalet was born.
